Dalam unggahan video tersebut diawali dengan tulisan “Video klarifikasi penutupan jalan ambulans oleh oknum driver ojol Kota Padang.” “Saya mau minta maaf atas kejadian kemarin dan tidak akan mengulangi lagi,” ujar driver ojol dalam video tersebut dikutip VIVA, Kamis ((23/9).
Dalam permohonan maafnya tersebut, driver ojol mengenakan seragam sambil duduk. Sementara relawan pengantar ambulans berdiri di belakangnya.
