JAKARTA, RADARSUMBAR.COM – Wakil Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Nurul Gufron membenarkan bahwa lembaga antirasuah tersebut melakukan operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) di Provinsi Riau, Senin (18/10).
“Benar, KPK melakukan giat di Riau,” kata Wakil Ketua KPK Nurul Ghufron dalam keterangannya di Jakarta, Selasa.
KPK belum menjelaskan secara rinci tepatnya di daerah mana tim KPK melakukan OTT di Riau tersebut. Selain itu, juga belum diinformasikan lebih lanjut siapa saja pihak-pihak yang telah ditangkap maupun detil kasus terkait OTT tersebut.
Ghufron mengatakan tim KPK saat ini masih memeriksa terhadap pihak-pihak yang ditangkap tersebut. “Tim kami masih melakukan pemeriksaan. Mohon bersabar pada saatnya nanti kami umumkan,” ujar Ghufron.

Sesuai KUHAP, KPK memiliki waktu 1×24 jam untuk menentukan status dari para pihak yang ditangkap tersebut. (ant)
