Upacara yang diselenggarakan secara virtual ini dengan inspektur upacara Presiden Republik Indonesia, Ir. Joko Widodo secara langsung di Istana Negara.
Selain Kapolda Sumbar, juga tampak hadir Gubernur Sumbar Mahyeldi Ansharullah, Danrem 032 Wirabraja Brigjen TNI Arief Gajah Mada, Danlantamal II Padang, Danlanud Sutan Syahrir Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumbar. (rdr)
